Refund policy
Returns
For original paintings, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be refunded the full price of the painting. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it, carefully repacked in the same manner it was received in its original or comparable sturdy packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Paintings must be packaged in the same manner as received to be sure no damage occurs in return transit. Paintings which are returned damaged due to poor packing will not be refunded.
You may use UPS, or USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.
You must provide return tracking information and insurance for the amount paid for the painting.
To start a return, you can contact me at pamelaparsons64@gmail.com. I will then send you instructions on where to ship your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
For return of an original painting, I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
