Returns

For original paintings, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it, and carefully repacked in the same manner it was received in its original or comparable sturdy packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Paintings must be packaged in the same manner as received to be sure no damage occurs in return transit. Paintings which are returned damaged due to poor packing will not be refunded.

You may use UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail.

You must provide return tracking information and insurance for the amount paid for the painting.
 
To start a return, you can contact me at pamelaparsons64@gmail.com.  I will then send you instructions on where to ship your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
